The “Second Take” collection is a wide-open opportunity to do a….”second take” on a card that has already been created. It’s a purely creative endeavor to appeal to the alternative universe of collecting. Occasionally, there are cards that really SHOULD be made or corrected. This would include any card with the name “Bob” Clemente. The name ROBERTO, as he preferred, is on the front AND back of this one. The image, from 1956, is a gem. This one is an improvement to the original. With creamy Kodachrome filtering the meticulously colorized obverse, it’s phenomenal. This card will have a population of just 5 and this is the ONLY pack-fresh example.
