CONGRATULATIONS TO MASTER COLLECTOR JOE SYPEK FOR COMPLETING THE 36-CARD SET!!
Gently hand-tinted and halftoned to perfection, this attractive set was inspired by the Wide Pen issues of the era. The set began in 2017 and has one collector complete and another within 6 cards of finishing. One of Phil’s favorites, this set was the third complete set he built (‘47, ‘22 came before it). Interestingly, this set was built/produced simultaneously with the Banty Red ‘27 set although the two sets are strikingly different from each-other. These cards measure 2 3/8” by 2 7/8” and feature a full bio on the reverse.
